Happy Tuesday y’all! It has been a while since I’ve participated in a Top Ten Tuesday; life has been a bit crazy for me. But I’m back! This week Jana over at That Artsy Reader Girl has asked us to share our Bookish Merchandise wish list. I don’t know about you, but I want it all! All kidding aside, I struggle to find bookish merchandise that I want. So instead, I’ve decided to share a list of places where you can find bookish merchandise. Let’s take a look at what I’ve found!

10 Places Where You Can Find Bookish Merchandise

I want to state that I receive nothing from these sites as I am not an affiliate. And I wanted to share and support smaller businesses.

The New York Public Library

Probably one of the most iconic libraries in the world, The New York Public Library in New York City has an extensive shop that supports the library itself. Items range from tote bags and books to clothing and jewelry. The only caveat is that they only ship to the Continental United States. Some day, I will visit this library and purchase something! In the meantime, I will support my public library and buy a tote bag.

Out of Print

Out of Print is a website with a diverse collection of bookish and pop culture references. You can find t-shirts, accessories, home decor, and various gift ideas. The site has multiple collections, such as book titles or authors. They ship internationally, but some items (Disney, Star Wars, and Sesame Street) have shipping restrictions.

Tee Turtle

Tee Turtle is full of fun, quirky items full of cute animals. Are you familiar with the game Unstable Unicorns or Here to Slay? If so, then you are familiar with the art style of Tee Turtle. That’s right, they are sister companies and share a very similar art style. I received a Tee Turtle shirt this past Christmas and love it! You can find accessories such as enamel pins and socks to help finish off your outfit! Another bonus is they do ship internationally!

Redbubble

Redbubble is a site that supports independent artists. You will be able to find bookish items with generic sayings like “Book Nerd” or “I Have No Shelf Control” and with quotes from some of your favorite books like Pride and Prejudice or Six of Crows. On Redbubble, you’ll be able to find items ranging from stickers to t-shirts, tote bags to notebooks, and pillows to art prints. Bonus that they do ship internationally!

Zazzle

Zazzle is another site that supports independent artists. The bookish items that are available tend to lean more towards the generic sayings, such as “Book Lover,” or images, such as book spines. On Zazzle, you’ll be able to find items ranging from tote bags to glassware and blankets to postcards. They also ship internationally.

Etsy

Etsy is an online marketplace that offers handmade and vintage items from sellers worldwide. That being said, the shipping policies vary from seller to seller. On Etsy, you can find items ranging from bookmarks to sweatshirts, reading journals to candles, magnets to tea, and mystery books to key chains.

Ripple Foundation

Ripple Foundation is a not-for-profit charity based in Canada that works to empower the next generation by advocating the benefits of creative literacy. Their shop offers t-shirts, totes, pillows, and art prints, all proceeds going back to their various activities. Bonus, they ship internationally!

The Literary Gift Company

A UK-based site, The Literary Gift Company, has something for every book lover. Housewares, apparel, accessories, games, and puzzles! The site can be sorted by author or product category. And the authors they have range from Douglas Adams to Emile Zola and lots in between! They do ship internationally.

Litographs

Have you ever wished you could wear your favorite book? I don’t mean an image of the cover, though that is pretty cool; I mean the words. Like all of them? Litographs has over 200 books printed on various items like scarves, blankets, puzzles, and shower curtains. Books they have include classics and modern favorites, like Pride and Prejudice or Lightning Thief. While they do strive to have every word printed on the items, it may not happen because of the size of the item and the length of the source material. They offer international shipping!

Bookishly

This UK-based site offers bookish items individually or as a gift set with a classic book. They provide subscription boxes or one-time boxes that you can influence the contents of. Individual items you can purchase include art prints, clothing, stationery, home goods, accessories, and of course, books.

Did I find any places to find bookish merchandise that you didn’t know about? Did I miss any? What kind of bookish merchandise is on your wish list? Let me know below!
