Happy Tuesday, y’all! This week, Jana atย That Artsy Reader Girlย is asking us to share series we want to catch up on. Surprisingly, I have more series than I thought. Why is it surprising? Because I didn’t think I was a huge series reader. That said, I’m going to share ten series I hope to catch up on in 2026.
Back in May, I shared ten series I’ve already caught up on this year. You can find that list here. Some of these series are complete, but many others are still ongoing. I’m not sharing series with only one book listed because those aren’t guaranteed to be series.

I read the last Emmy Lake last year and loved it! A satisfying conclusion to the series.
I did not realize that a couple of these were series!
The Midnight World sounds really good.

I don’t know why I still haven’t got around to reading Firekeeper’s Daughter. I’ve heard so many amazing things about it and I feel like I will love it too. Really need to get on that! I hope you enjoy the last book in the series and all the others on your list ๐
The Inspector Henri Lefort series sounds like something I’d read. I hope you make progress on all of them.

I didn’t realize there was a sequel to the Midnight Library. Oh no. Another book is added to my already teetering TBR pile.
I loved Emmy Lake. The one with Julia Child sounds fun.

I read Midnight Library and liked it a lot, although itโs not my usual fare. I had the new one in my hands, but didnโt feel the urge to read it.

I’ve read two books each in the Boulley series and the Emmy Lake Chronicles. I enjoy both series, just need to play catch up with them!

I loved the Beck Sisters books! Midnight Library and Midnight Train are both excellent too. And I need to finish Emmy Lake too — I read the first three and really enjoyed them, and just haven’t gotten around to #4 yet. Great list!

I actually had no idea The Midnight Library was part of a series! That’s been on my TBR for a while, but this changes things! I may have to bump it up a bit to get to it sooner ๐
