Happy Tuesday, y’all! It’s that time again. What time is it? It’s time to share our seasonal TBR. Jana, over at That Artsy Reader Girl, asks us to share a seasonal TBR every quarter. For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, that means our Winter 2026 TBR. For my Winter 2026 TBR, I will list books I hope to read from January-March 2026.

How did my Autumn 2025 TBR go? Pretty good, honestly! I read five of the ten books I listed. And there’s still time to read a few more.
In 2024, I focused more on reading my current physical TBR instead of trying to read all the new books. I have come up with 10 book categories I want to focus on each quarter. Most of the books on my list will be from my bookshelf. I also want to show my library some love, so several of the books will be library books.
All titles are linked to Goodreads.
Without further ado, here is my Winter 2026 TBR!

The last seasonal TBR was in Winter of 2023. I didn’t do very well that time. I hope you like these books!
I enjoyed Just for the Summer so much more than I was expecting. I’m looking forward to picking up some more of her books next year.
I’ve enjoyed every book of hers I’ve read so far, which is all but these two.
The White Girl has been on my TBR for ages but The Diary of a Bookseller is a quick read if you need one.
Thanks for sharing your #TTT
Thank you for the insight on The Diary of a Bookseller.
I hope you enjoy Bythell! I follow him on facebook. Always amusing!
The title “The Accidental Further Adventures of the 100-Year-Old Man” made me laugh. Happy reading!

I think I need to look up The Diary of a Bookseller.
That poutine book looks fun!
Looks like a great selection of books. I hope you enjoy them all.
Just For Summer looks like a good one .Happy Reading. Have a great day and a great week. Here is my TTT. https://dmhoisington.wordpress.com/2025/12/16/top-ten-tuesday-14/
Ah, another year come and gone and I once again haven’t read an Abby Jimenez book. She’s becoming as elusive to my ‘read’ shelf as EH! 🫣 This looks like a great list of possibilities and I hope you enjoy whichever ones you pick up. Happy reading!
I think you’ll really enjoy her books when you get the chance.
I’m not familiar with these books but I hope you find a few of them that really fall in love with. Enjoy!
I saw SO many episodes of Murdoch and enjoyed them. Also, I know so many readers love Abby’s but I haven’t read any. 🙂 Thanks so much for visiting my list today – and happy winter TBR-ing.
I haven’t watched any episodeds of Murdoch in a few years. But I’ve always enjoyed watching and seeing places I recognize, as they’ve been known to film in and around the city I live in.
I really ought to read Yours Truly sometime.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
I have read a total of four from my Autumn TBR post. 🙄
Like others here, I am adding The Diary of a Bookseller by Shaun Bythell to my TBR. One of my recurrent dreams, as a much younger single person, was to own a book store and live above it with at least one cat.
I’ve heard of a book store in either Ireland or Scotland where you can run the store and and stay in the apartment that’s over the store as a vacation.
I hope you’ll end up loving all of these!
Happy winter reading! ❄️📚
Oh yeah, The White Girl is also still on my TBR, completely forgot about that one! Sounds like it will be a heartwrenching read though.
I loved Just for the Summer, and hope you do too!
Oh I love to see a Tony Birch on your list! He’s a great Indigenous writer. I’ve read Diary of a Bookseller and enjoyed the humour.
I was introduced to him through a TTT post.
I love Jonas Jonasson’s books – hope you enjoy Further Accidental Adventures!
I still haven’t read any of Abby Jimenez’s books, but I think I would enjoy her novels.

I hope you giver her a try in the new year.
Yours Truly is so good!
Good list! The White Girl was good–I read/reviewed it this year. My Mom liked Miss Cecily. I’m putting Poutine: on my TRB! Thanks for bringint that one to my attention. I’ve enjoyed the Mitford Murders–I should get back to them.
Glad to hear you enjoyed The White Girl, and that your mom liked Miss Cecily.
I love how you pick them by different categories — how fun! I’ve not read any of the books featured, but I hope you enjoy them all. 🙂
It helps me narrow down my TBR and focus on certain books.
Which one to start with is a tough choice! I also need a Z author for my list. The Accidental Further Adventures of the Hundred-Year-Old Man just sounds good. I look forward to reading your thoughts on these!
Oh I haven’t heard of so many of these but they look good!
I’m not familiar with these, but I hope you enjoy.
I hope you enjoy each and every one of these.
I want to read Abby Jimenez too. I don’t think I made a dent in my Fall TBR pile. Happy reading!
These are the only two books of hers I haven’t read. I’ve enjoyed them all.
These all look so good. I want to read the Abby Jimenez ones too. Also the Ellery Adams’ book looks good.
These are the only two of hers I haven’t read yet.
A very interesting list, Pam. I have the first 3 on my TBR shelf, so thanks for the reminder. I hope you enjoy all of these. Happy winter reading.
I hope to read Just for the Summer before the end of the year! Hope we both love it!
There are some really good sounding ones here, thanks for dropping by my list too!
Mmmm, poutine… I love it! I can’t find any this far away from Canada, though. (The few times I’ve seen poutine on the menu here in California, it was more of a poutine-inspired dish and very disappointing.)
I think the only way to get a good poutine is to be in Canada. Even making them at home is hard. They’re one of my daughter’s go to orders when we eat out.
I guess I just need to plan a visit to Canada!
The Ellery Adams book looks so cute!
These all look good. Enjoy!
Oo you reminded me that I want to read Diary of a Bookseller! Lol. And The Secret, Book & Scone Society looks good too!
Nice list! I haven’t read Bythell’s book yet, but I’ve been to his shop in Scotland. I hope you enjoy your winter reading.
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

Happy reading! 🙂
Looks like a fun list! Hope you enjoy ’em.
This looks like such a fun, cozy reading list! Good luck, and congratulations on doing so well with your fall TBR!
Nice mix of books! I’ve read both of the Abby Jimenez books. Yours Truly is terrific!
These are the only two of hers I’ve yet to read.
I’ve been dying to read Yours Truly! I’ve been so slammed between different cabinet painting jobs that my tbr list is getting way too large, but Abby Jimenez will always be at the top haha Hopefully I get some time this Christmas to check it out. Thanks for your list.
I hope you’re able to find the time to read something by Abby Jimenez.
Such a wonderful list, Pam. Just for the Summer is one of my daughter’s favorites. Hope you get read all these soon.
The Diary of a Bookseller looks fun! I really like the cover.
