Happy Tuesday, y’all! This week, Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl is asking us to share destination titles. What does that mean? We’re looking at book titles that feature locations, real or fictional. True to form, I’ve decided to focus my post on titles with a location in common. This week, we’ll be traveling through the USA with ten book titles. These titles may make you want to do some traveling!

Traveling through the USA with 10 book titles

The books on this list are a mix of new releases and ones that may have been forgotten. But one thing is sure: their titles all include a location in the USA. You’ll find a mix of genres on this list because I love reading from various genres. One thing is sure: you’ll only see one book per author. And if the book is part of a series, I’ll only pick the first book. All titles will take you to the book’s Goodreads page.

Now, let’s start traveling through the USA with these ten book titles!

  1. I love that you specialized your destinations! I have had the Greg Iles book on my shelf for a while but haven’t read it because I need to read the first three books. I find it really hard to skip across series even when the stories aren’t sequential for some reason!😅

    1. I picked it up on a whim, I had a long commute and that book kept me company for a couple of weeks. I also loved the fact one of the characters has my last name.

  2. I’ve read A Tree Grows In Brooklyn (oh, oops, I should have included that on my list today) but none of the others. I have added Sweet Land of Liberty: A History of America in 11 Pies to my TBR, though! That sounds like a lot of fun.

  3. I haven’t read any on your list but I did watch the film adaptation of Fried Green Tomatoes and loved it! Great list and thanks for visiting my TTT! 🙂

  4. Looks like you’ve picked some to feature that offer a great variety of stylings and places, not to mention eras, too! Good job. 🙂 Thanks so much for visiting my list today.

  5. OOh nice picks! These are all new to me ones! Seeing that mysteries are a big pick this week!

    Thanks for visiting my TTT!

  6. Lovely list! My first thought upon seeing The Brooklyn Nine was Jake Peralta saying “cool cool cool” 😂 I have to admit I haven’t read any of these books but they all look so interesting!
