Happy Tuesday, y’all! It’s that time again. What time is it? It’s time to share our seasonal TBR. Jana, over at That Artsy Reader Girl, asks us to share a seasonal TBR every quarter. For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, that means our Spring 2024 TBR. For my Spring 2024 TBR, I will list books I hope to read from April to June 2024.

How did my Winter TBR go? Not too terribly, honestly! I read four of the ten books I listed, with the possibility of finishing at least one more. I did also DNF two.

In 2024, I’m planning to focus more on reading my current TBR instead of just trying to read all of the new books. I have come up with ten categories of books that I want to focus on each quarter. All of these books currently reside on my physical bookshelf, so I have no excuse not to read them.

All titles are linked to Goodreads.

Without further ado, here is my Spring 2024 TBR!

How did your Winter 2023-2024 TBR go? What books are on your Spring 2024 TBR? I would love to know!

35 thoughts on “Spring 2024 TBR: Ten Books I Hope to Read

  1. Lessons in Chemistry is fabulous! I like the look of The Book of Lost Names. Happy Spring reading! 🌸

  2. I love Her Majesty’s Royal Coven books, I’m looking forward to the prequel this year (though I would prefer the next instalment!). A Witch’s Guide to Fake Dating a Demon is fun too, hope you enjoy your spring reading.

  3. I am trying to read more of my own books as well. Not doing as great as I had hoped, but I am making progress, which is helpful 😉 I hope you enjoy these when you get to them. Have a great week!

  4. These look good. I really like the looks of Band of Sisters. I’ll have to look for that one. I hope you have a great week and enjoy your books.

  5. This is such a great list! I really hope you enjoy Lessons In Chemistry, it’s the only one I’ve read from your list and loved. I’m really intrigued by many of the other books on your list too!

  6. OOh nice picks! Lots of new to me ones but Hawley’s book is on my TBR as well! Hopefully I can get to that one soon too! I also bought the sequel spontaneously when it was apart of a BOGO 50% sale! Lol!

    Thanks for visiting my TTT!

    1. Thank you for letting me know. It was an impulse addition to my TBR, so I’m not 100% sure what I’ll think about it.

  7. As you know, Lessons in Chemistry is on my list too, so we shall see what we think! I really hope you get to The Uncommon Reader, it’s one of my favourite books of all time. Delightful, interesting, and very funny. You’re in for a treat!

  8. This looks like an exciting TBR. I only include books that I have. They are all calling to me from the bookshelves around the house!!

Enjoy when you get to them!

  9. I’ve been meaning to read Lessons in Chemistry for a while too and I hope that 2024 will finally be the year I read it. I hope you enjoy all of these books! 😃

  10. I finally caved to the popularity of Lessons in Chemistry and I really enjoyed it! I also enjoyed the adaptation. And I love cover songs, so the nonfiction book intrigues me!

  11. Ahhh we have some overlap this week – at least four books on your list are also on my TBR, falling into the ‘hopefully sooner rather than later’ category. And if you’re better about your TBR than I am, I’ll be able to come creep on your page and see what you thought about them! But seriously, great list, and I hope that these all turn out to be awesome reads for you.

  12. I always love the idea of reading more of the books ON MY shelf, but I don’t usually. I’m working towards getting better with that though so I’ll just keep trying. I hope you enjoy all of these! And many thanks for visiting my website on this week.
