Happy Tuesday y’all! How is your January shaping up so far? Mine is just like every other month, full of work and household stuff! Why should a new year be any different? This week Jana, over at That Artsy Reader Girl, is asking us to share Our Most Anticipated Releases for the first half of 2024. True to me, I decided to narrow down the list a bit. Want to see my Early 2024 Anticipated Canadian Releases?

All of these authors have Canadian connections. Books are listed in order of their anticipated Canadian release date. All titles are linked to Goodreads.

Cold: A Novel by Drew Hayden Taylor

Elmore Trent is a professor of Indigenous studies who finds himself entangled in an affair that’s ruining his marriage; Paul North plays in the IHL (Indigenous Hockey League), struggling to keep up with the game that’s passing him by; Detective Ruby Birch is chasing a string of gruesome murders, with clues that conspicuously lead her to both Elmore and Paul. Twenty-Seven Minutes by Ashley Tate
