Happy Saturday, y’all! Since the holidays ended, I’ve slowly been cleaning and putting things away. Imagine my surprise when I discovered I have so many craft kits. I’m not even sure I’ve counted all of them. But let’s say that I have, and I’ve counted 26 in total. Yikes! And that doesn’t even take into account the craft supplies I have that aren’t part of kits. I’m hoping that by sharing my craft kit horde, I’ll be guilted into actually doing something with them. So, who’s ready to see craft kits, more craft kits, and even more craft kits?

Craft Kits, More Craft Kits, and Even More Craft Kits

To simplify the process, I’ve separated the kits into three categories. It felt more organized that way. The categories are Lego sets, model kits, and miscellaneous craft kits.

Lego Sets

How did I end up with so many Lego sets? My oldest daughter loves them and, every year, gives a set for Christmas. Though a couple were ones my husband gave me.

I haven’t built the ukulele because I also want the surfboard. I feel both would be perfect with Stitch. And the record player set could also be a radio or a microphone. All of those would be great with Stitch, too!

Model Kits

This category is a bit varied. A few are large projects, like book nooks. At the same time, others are smaller kits that I picked up at the dollar store.

  • Record Mood
  • Cathy’s Flower House
  • Detective Book Nook
  • Shakespeare & Co Book Nook
  • Magic House Book Nook
  • Cocoa’s Fantastic Idea
  • 3D Wooden House x2
  • Color Your Own Birdhouse
  • Dice Tower

The smaller kits, the last three on the list, aren’t pictured.

Miscellaneous Craft Kits

This category is an assortment of random craft kits. Some are small and from the dollar store, others are larger and more time-consuming. The majority were picked up on sale.

  • Maine Paint by Number
  • Needle Felting Candy Canes
  • Plushcraft Puppy
  • Let It Snow Ceramic sign
  • Folk Art Embroidery
  • Macrame Hold All
  • Mythical Creatures Rock Painting
  • Hot Chocolate Painting
  • Diamond Painting Bookmarks
  • Butterfly Cross Stitch
  • Warm Wishes Cross Stitch

As I said, I have a bit of a craft kit horde! I buy them because I’m interested, but as soon as they are in the house, I forget all about them. Where shall I begin? Does anyone else have that problem? Are you surrounded by craft kits, more craft kits, and even more craft kits?
