Happy Tuesday, y’all! This week, Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl is asking us to share ten book titles that contain a word of our choosing. As I’m working my way through Blogmas in July, I felt that this week’s word of choice should be Christmas. That makes sense, right? Who else wants to see if Christmas can be found in book titles?

Two of these are on my list to read this year: Christmas by the Book and The Christmas Countdown.
Both were fun reads. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.
I absolutely love The Best Christmas Pageant Ever! I try to read it every couple of years around Christmastime. I even read it aloud to my husband a couple years ago and he enjoyed it too (which is saying a lot, since he doesn’t care for fiction unless it comes with pictures haha).

Aw I love Mr. Willoughby’s Christmas Tree. It’s a favorite holiday picture book of mine. And You Make It Feel Like Christmas looks good.

You know, it seems like if I read a Christmas book it’s usually horror. 🙂
They do exist, but they’re not my prefered genre.
This made me look to see what Christmas titles I could find on my digital shelf and I was surprised to find quite a few! A Princess for Christmas is one of them 🙂
A Princess for Christmas felt like a Hallmark or Netflix holiday movie, and I don’t hate that at all.
Fun word choice! It’s nice to be reminded of cooler weather when it’s so hot.

OMG it’s too hot to even think about Christmas! Personally, I don’t really like Christmas books, so I haven’t read any of them.
I think that’s why I like to think about Christmas in the summer. It helps remind me of cooler temperatures.

Christmas novels are almost all winter themed, which is always a bit weird for me to read. Sometimes I read them in July instead, haha.
I would love to read Christmas novels that aren’t winter themed. Those are hard to find, though I’m sure there are some out there.
There’s certainly no shortage of books with “Christmas” in the title! I don’t do Christmas in July because summer in Massachusetts seems so short, but I love reading or listening to Christmas books in December!
I’m going to make a note to look for Christmas by the Book and Christmas at the Vinyl Cafe. I loved Redbird Christmas on audio, and should listen to it again! I usually listen to A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens every year, as well.
I would recommend the Vinyl Cafe stories on audio, if at all possible. I’ve found several on YouTube and Spotify. While the collection of stories may vary, there’s just something special about hearing Stuart McLean tell the story.
I can’t believe that I’ve already been thinking about Christmas and here if your list! I actually don’t think I’ve read any books with Christmas in the title, surprisingly.

Christmas in July! I love it. THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER is such a classic. I remember my fourth grade teacher reading it aloud to the class and having to pass the book off to a student to read for her because she was laughing so hard. Such a fun book.

Great way to combine the TTT prompt with Blogmas in July! I haven’t read many books with Christmas in the title, but when I’ve done it, I’ve enjoyed reading holiday books during the last months of the year, so hopefully I’ll have more books to add to my personal “Christmas” title list soon.
