Happy Tuesday, y’all! Jana from That Artsy Reader Girl is asking us to share our favorite beach reads. These can be books we would read at the beach or that take place there. To me, any book can be a beach read. And I suck at remembering where books are set. So, instead, I am focusing on books whose covers have summertime vibes.

All titles are linked to Goodreads.

What a brilliant idea for a list! Focusing on book covers that evoke “summertime vibes” is such a creative approach, and I really enjoyed browsing through your choices. It’s a lovely way to get into the summer reading mood!
I love seeing summery covers on books!
I love all of these covers! And I have liked a few of these books as well!
Nice covers. I like the one for Beaches, Bungalows, and Burglaries the best. Here’s my TTT: https://bonniereadsandwrites.com/2025/07/29/top-ten-tuesday-beachy-reads/comment-page-1/#comment-10912
You would never guess from that title and cover, that the book is actually set in Kentucky near a National Forest. LOL!
These are definitely some cute covers! Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
i need to read those Tonya Kappes & Melissa Ferguson books! My TTT
Great twist on the topic and I love all your picks! These covers are all so colourful and summery! 😍
I haven’t read any of these, but I love how fun the covers are! I’m the same with believing that any book can be a beachy read, and I don’t pay attention to where they’re set either, or the seasons they’re set in! Love your picks though, they definitely give beachy vibes.

These are great picks! I love that two of your covers have picnics on them. Perfect for summer vibes!
While I’m not a huge fan of picnics, they do seem to be a big summer activity.
I have been to some great picnics, but in general they’re just too hot, too noisy, and have too many bugs for me to enjoy my food properly. But I love the idea of a picnic!
I have only read Famous for a Living from your list, but I agree, summery covers.
It’s funny that Famous for a Living has a summery cover, yet is set in winter. LOL!
I love your summery covers!
A great list! I sometimes forget the settings too!
Have a great week!
Fab summery covers!
I love the look of all these covers together here! You can really see the use of style to instantly tell the reader the genre to expect.
Cute picks! These are all new to me ones but they do seem to fit the theme well too!
Thanks for visiting my TTT!
Pretty covers!
I love the cover of the Tonya Kappes book.
Some of these look SUPER interesting and fun! I NEED to read a book by Melissa too; hers always sound intriguing. 🙂

The cover for The Tea Dragon Society is so cute!
I love the books you chose! Many of them are on my TBR. The only one I have read so far is The Tea Dragon Society which is such a cute read. I think I have at least one other book from that series to read. It’s such great art!
You Have a Match and Meet Cute both sound like books I’d enjoy.
I totally agree that any book can be a beach read!
These all look great. I love beachy type covers.
The Tea Dragon books are so cute! Great choices!
