Happy Tuesday, y’all! It’s that time again. What time is it? It’s time to share our seasonal TBR. Jana, over at That Artsy Reader Girl, asks us to share a seasonal TBR every quarter. For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, that means our Summer 2025 TBR. For my Summer 2025 TBR, I will list books I hope to read from July to September 2025.
How did my Spring 2025 TBR go? Pretty good, honestly! I read four of the ten books I listed, and I may finish at least one more. I also DNFed one.
In 2024, I focused more on reading my current physical TBR instead of trying to read all the new books. I have come up with ten categories of books that I want to focus on each quarter. These books currently reside on my physical bookshelf, so I have no excuse not to read them. While I wasn’t overly successful, I will continue to focus on my physical books in 2025. But I’ll be changing up some of the categories.

It definitly takes practice. I seem to get through about half of my seasonal TBR. I think it helps that I move those ten books someplace more visible. And I cheat occassionaly, and borrow the audiobook from the library.
