Happy Tuesday y’all! Jana over at That Artsy Reader Girl has decided the theme for the week be books with adjectives in the title. You would think this would be an easy topic. And maybe it was for some people. I decided to go with a theme within a theme and find 10 colorful book titles!

10 Colorful Book Titles

Adjective noun any member of a class of words that modify nouns and pronouns, primarily by describing a particular quality of the word they are modifying

The books on the list are a mix of books I’ve read and ones I want to read. Though I must admit, there is one that I have no desire to read, and it is the only book that I found with the color as part of the title. The titles will lead you to the Goodreads page.

  1. I had a hard time with this prompt, too. Maybe because it’s just SO broad? I like what you did with it. Now I’m curious about the one you have no desire to read. When I saw that, I thought the title was going to have “grey” in it. Ha ha!

    Happy TTT!

  2. Great twist on the topic!PRiory is one I was thinking of getting- I haven’t read a huge fantasy in years- and Blue Train just looks like a cozy little Christie mystery lol.

  3. Nice list, and so colorful. My kids loved reading The Rainbow Fish, when they were little.

  4. I literally just bought The Indigo Girl a couple of weeks ago. Several tour guides in Charleston have mentioned the young lady the book is about and it sounded interesting. Plus, I love that cover.

    Fun twist on the topic!
