Happy Tuesday, y’all! Back at the beginning of April, Jana over at That Artsy Reader Girl asked us to share books with April showers vibes. Now that it’s the beginning of May, she’s made the theme of this week’s Top Ten Tuesday as May Flowers. We can choose cover art or titles. I decided to go with cover art. Now let’s see what May flowers those April showers brought!
All titles will lead to Goodreads.

I haven’t read any of these but the covers for Lenni & Margot and The Midnight Bargain are particularly beautiful.
Great picks! I’m a sucker for a beautiful flower filled cover 😍 I adore that cover for Lenni & Margot and I’m sad that they don’t have that edition here because I really wanted it to grace my shelves, lol.
I find it interesting how different book covers can be in various parts of the world.
Pam
Nice list! I like a good cozy mystery now and then, so I’ll have to look into Death in Bloom. Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
I just ordered the audiobook of The Midnight Bargain at Libby, so excited
I hope you enjoy it!
Pam
Pretty picks! <3 I need to read The Once and Future Witches. And it's my first time seeing This Poison Heart, and I'm shocked bc it seems like it's right up my alley!! The average rating is really high too. Thanks for putting this on my radar. 🙂
aimee @ aimee can read
I hope you enjoy reading both of these.

All great covers, Pam. Interesting how flowers are used in different ways and on so many different genres.
We both had Lenni and Margot. I love that book. It makes me cry to even think about it.
It does the same to me!
Pam
I didn’t realise that The Body Guard had flowers on the cover !I loved the audiobook.
I love the cover of The Strangers! And I loved reading The Bodyguard. Great TTT list this week. 😀
This is a lot of great flower variety! I love the beaded cover on The Strangers especially.
Here’s my TTT this week.
The beadwork makes sense when you realize it’s about an Indigenous family. It’s stunning all the same.
Pam
That does make sense! I have a couple of books by Indigenous people that have beadwork on their covers, too.
Lovely covers! I’ve read the first book on your list, but that’s it.
Happy TTT!

I love the graphic style dominant here (you truly assumed, great or nothing) there’s something so clean and simple about it
Great picks! I loved The Bodyguard and I see a few books here I’d love to read!

What a pretty list! I loved Saving Cece Huneycutt and The Bodyguard–waiting with excitement for her new book, aren’t you?
I am looking forward to Center’s new book, but I haven’t requested an ARC. I wait until my library gets a copy.
Pam
I really like the cover of The Strangers
I love that cover for The Strangers!
I almost used The Bodyguard too but then decided it just didn’t go with the other covers I chose. Love seeing all of those beautiful covers 😍
Feels like most of Katherine’s novels would fit. They have that colorful and flower-y vibe which always catches my eye. Marianne’s book cover is also really pretty. 🙂 Thanks so much for visiting my website today.
I see some favorites in here! I really, really enjoyed Death in Bloom. And it has such a great cover.
Great mix of books and flowers! I loved This Poison Heart.
Once and Future Witches was so good! Great list and thanks for visiting my blog earlier.
I’m adding Death in Bloom just for that cover 😍😍
I hope you enjoy reading it when you get the chance!
Pam
This Poison Heart has always been a cover that I really loved. Excellent choices!
Great bold, pretty covers. I want to read The Bodyguard and Once and Future Witches.
Have a great week!
Great list! I really want to read Lenni & Margot
When you do, make sure you have a box of tissues nearby!
Pam
Great list! You have some truly great books on here, and the covers are so pretty. I especially like the cover of The Strangers – I read The Break by Katherina Vermette and was blown away by her talent!
Lovely covers! I’ve only read The Bodyguard, but several others are on my tbr. Happy reading!
