Happy Tuesday y’all! This week, Jana over at That Artsy Reader Girl is asking us to share books with people who like a specific author. I’m doing that this week, but also twisting it a bit. As someone who’s in love with Agatha Christie, I’ve compiled various ideas for other fans.
Agatha Christie is the best-selling author of all time for a reason! It may be that her first book was published 100 years ago. Or maybe it’s because her books are accessible and easy to read. And let’s not forget about all of the adaptations!
Do you know someone who loves Agatha Christie? Then you should check out these ideas!
Books
The Mystery of Mrs. Christie by Marie Benedict | The Christie Affair by Nina de Gramont
The Woman on the Orient Express by Lindsay Jayne Ashford | Murder at Mallowan Hall by Colleen Cambridge
Dead and Gondola by Ann Claire | The Agathas by Kathleen Glasgow and Liz Lawson
Games
The Mystery at Hunter’s Lodge | Poirot’s First Cases
Exit Game: Dead Man on the Orient Express | Unsolved Case Files
Playing Cards | Death on the Cards
For more ideas, visit the official Agatha Christie site.
And that is my list of ideas for people who love Agatha Christie! Do you love Agatha Christie? Did I miss anything?

Those games look fun! I like mystery games.

I saw someone else do this same topic with the same author and they had different books to try. I love that you both had different books to try.
Oh, these recs look like a lot of fun! And I didn’t know that they’d made a videogame based on Poirot’s cases. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised…

There are actually three different video games based on Christie IP.
I love that you’ve added some games in here! I’ll definitely be checking those out. Great post π

Great post, so fun that you added the games as well! π
I can always use more recs like even though I haven’t read a ton of AC. I like that you included games as well! π
Great list! I love that you included items other than books. Super fun. I don’t love, love, love Christie, but I like her well enough and the books you recommended sound compelling. DEAD AND GONDOLA is a fun one. I really liked it.
Happy TTT!

Fun recommendations for the Christie lovers!
I’ve never read any Christie before but I am hoping to change that this year! What would you recommend starting with?

My favorite two reads of hers (and two of her most popular ones) are And Then There Were None and Murder on the Orient Express.
Yes, I think I’m going to start with Murder on The Orient Express as I’ve seen the most recent movie adaptation for that one so I’m fairly familiar with it!
She has her own cottage industry in addition to all the books. I wonder if her popularity will ever wane.
Great idea!! I am sure TONS of people will enjoy this topic π
I love that you included more than just books for this topic, and it’s such a great topic! I have yet to read an Agatha Christie book, but I know I’ve read some books that are based on Christie plots, and I recently read an entire book comprised of short Agatha Christie stories by current mystery writers, and loved it. And I love puzzle games that challenge my mind!
I enjoy reading Agatha Christie though I cannot call myself a fan who has read all her books (I still have a long way to go…) but I do have a couple of the books you mention on my TBR and adding the others too now!
Here is my TTT
My husband went to the library with me yesterday to choose a new TV series to watch. He was actually drawn to a Poirot show. I was surprised since he hasn’t read any of Christie’s books, but we did watch Murder on the Orient Express a few years ago. I really need to re-read some of her books. I had a lot of fun reading them as a teen. Great list! I like that you included non-bookish things and books that were about Agatha Christie herself.
What a fun and creative way to twist this prompt! I’ve only read two Christie books, but I did enjoy them. And I love that puzzle!
“The Agathas” was a book I was once super curious about. Kind of forgot about it though. And same with “The Christie Affair.” Always fun to be reminded!! π
