The holiday season is done, most of us have our decorations packed away. I say most, because at the moment my tree is still standing, and the stockings are still hung. Which reminds me, I should probably empty mine soon as Santa left me some baking supplies.
Before the craziness of the holidays got here, my local thrift store sent me a coupon that went straight to my heart. It was 40% off books! How could I refuse such an offer? On top of their regular deal of buy 4 books, get 1 free. Count me in! Oh, and I could use the coupon up to three times over the 4 day period? Better believe I used that coupon to my advantage!
I hauled 26 books in December, 2 of which were Christmas presents, and 5 were bought before the coupon deal. That means 19 books were bought saving 40%, which sounds like a great deal to me.
Enough chit-chat, let’s get to why we are all here, the books I picked up.

A pretty long list of some pretty interesting books. Many were on my TBR, but I hadn’t been able to find them in the store. Surprisingly, quite a few are only a couple of years old and had only recently come to my attention thanks to BookTube.
The last 2 items on the list are the ones I received as Christmas presents. And the James Bond collection is a box set that contains 5 novels written by Ian Fleming about the world’s most famous spy.
What books did you haul in December? What do you think about the books I hauled? Check out my other book hauls as well.
