Happy Tuesday, y’all! This week, Jana from That Artsy Reader Girl is asking us to share characters who have been redeemed by their authors. Honestly, I don’t read books with characters deserving of a redemption arc. So, instead, I’m going rogue. Are you really surprised that I’m going rogue two weeks in a row? This week, I will continue my colorful covers series, which you can find here. The color of choice this week is yellow. Yes, I’ve done that once already, but I can’t help it if I keep coming across books with yellow covers.
I worked to keep one book per author, and if it was part of a series, I ensured it was the first book. A few of these covers may be a tad more orange than yellow, but it’s close enough. Looking for more information about the books listed below? The titles will take you to Goodreads.
Now, let’s look at the books with yellow covers I’ve read recently!

The Second Chance Hotel by Sierra Godfrey
A Witch’s Guide to Fake Dating a Demon by Sarah Hawley
Meet Cute by Helena Hunting
Meet Me in the Margins by Melissa Ferguson

Cold Storage, Alaska by John Straley
Mr. Penumbra’s 24-Hour Bookstore by Robin Sloan
The Happy Life of Isadora Bentley by Courtney Walsh

The Bodyguard is on my TBR, but I’m not sure whether this book will be for me.
A lot of people have a tough time with this week’s topic it seems!
Yellow is such a cheerful color.
And, yes, this has been a tough week for a lot of us as far as the topic goes.
Some of these are DARLING! I love Melissa’s and Hannah’s, and these, even though some of the stories I’m sure aren’t, are all so cheerful and fun. 🙂 Thanks a bunch for visiting my website today.
I loved A Witch’s Guide to Fake Dating a Demon!
Love the theme. Yellow is a cute and pretty color. I need to read A Witch’s Guide to Fake Dating a Demo
Well done for finding so many! I always struggle to find yellow or orange covers when it comes up as a prompt for something.
These are great covers! I love how much variety there is even with covers of the same color.
Good choices!
OOoh nice topic choice! Fun color too! It would be challenging, but I think I could swing 10 books. Almost 5 come to mind right now! Lol. Yeah, Snape was one of my last ditch effort picks as I was running out of memory for my picks! Of course when I saw another post or two I was like of course! Lol.
Thanks for visiting my TTT!
The yellow/orange theme here makes it look quite pretty!
I love these! The yellow is so attention-getting! I’ve read a couple that I really liked too; The Bodyguard and Mr. Penumbra were great!

I like your explanation of why you didn’t participate in the redemption theme this week, Pam.
And these yellow colors are gloriously beautiful.
Oooh, I LOVE the idea of highlighting covers with different colors! I might have to borrow this idea for future posts 🙂
Also yellow deserves more love so I adore that you have more than one post about yellow covers <3
A good looking list. I’ve only read The Bodyguard, but plenty of others caught my eye!
Have a great week!
What a great list! I just read The Happy Life of Isadora Bentley. I loved that book! And Center’s novel is fantastic!!
I think yellow book covers are so underrated. They always bring me a certain level of joy. Great picks for this week!
Ah yeay I love yellow covers. These all look great.
Great list! I love books with yellow covers. They seem so cheery, no matter what they’re about. Unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of books with yellow covers, although The Gilded Ones by Namina Forna is one of my faves.
