Happy Tuesday y’all! This week for Top Ten Tuesday, Jana over at That Artsy Reader Girl wants us to share book covers that all have something in common. Fun topic. I was thinking of modes of transportation as well, but decided on urban skylines. I have read Welcome to the School by the Sea and enjoyed it.
Ooh, I like this theme! Very fun. It makes me want to go for a bike ride.

Wow! Look at all the modes of transportation you managed to find.
What a fun theme! Transportation covers are great because they signify a trip and we all know those can be unpredictable. You could encounter adventure, romance, danger…anything, really. I do love a good transportation-themed cover. Nice list!
Happy TTT!

Great choice of topic! It’s making me think about what books I’ve read with transport on the cover and I can recall very little 😂 But I do have a few of these on my TBR and they look great!
The Coyote Sunrise cover is so cute.
I never would have thought of canoes or surfboards xD These seem to cross so many genres, too. I really thought it would be almost all romance and/or historical fiction!
That is so fun! I would never have thought to include a dog sled or a surfboard in this list, but they fit!

What a great twist on this week’s topic! I never realized how many books feature modes of transportation, and love the list you came up with.
This is clever and not a theme that I’ve seen anywhere else today! Of course the Agatha Christie one has to be my favorite.
Happy TTT!

Such a great post! I love that you showcased a wide variety of transportation!
Love how all of these are different and that they immediately let you know you’re about to go on a journey.
I especially love the covers that have older cars or bikes. My favorite is The Pearl Thief because of the setting and colors.
Great list! I loved Geekerella!! I really want to read Coyote Sunrise!
Thanks for the visit – clever idea for a theme – and it actually gives lots of different looking covers! You did a great job of representing lots of different modes of getting around. Looking forward to next week.
Very cool theme to spot! I know I have seen boats a lot (usually for books with holidays/ beach trips). But you added a whole new level of interesting travel. 🙂
I’ve read a couple of these, The Alice Network which I loved and The Pearl Thief which I really enjoyed too. I love seeing the old style cars on their covers!

Such a fun theme and I love all of the covers you selected, especially the Emma Lord one. 🙂
