Happy Tuesday, y’all! This week, Jana, over at That Artsy Reader Girl, has challenged us with the theme of April Showers. I will openly admit right here that I struggled with this list. I typically try to keep my lists either title or cover-based. This week, it’s a mix. I also typically try to stick with books I’ve read. Again, this week, it’s a mix. So, who wants to see what books I’ve come up with that have spring shower vibes?
This list is a mix of titles and cover images. Some feature umbrellas, others rain, while others may be the rainbow after the storm.
All titles will lead to Goodreads.
Now, let’s see these April Showers!

Code Name Hรฉlรจne is engrossing. I was not sure I would like it and it turned out to be so intense.
The cover that caught my eye was The Stolen Marriage and now I’ve looked at the blurb I think it might be going on my wishlist
I had Weather Girl on my list too. I have that and A Million to One on my TBR and can’t wait to read both ๐
Some really neat covers on your list today.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thanks!
I’m just finding out about Weather Girl today but it sounds so good. I’ve read only one of the author’s books before but I really enjoyed it and I meant to read more. Weather Girl will probably be next!

It’s a fun read! I hope you enjoy it when you get the chance to give it a try.
I’ve always loved that cover for Ford’s book. It was a good read, too.
Great list! I hadn’t considered including rainbows in my list this week.
Here’s my TTT for the week: https://bookwyrmknits.com/2024/04/02/top-ten-tuesday-april-showers/
I struggled with this topic too! I’ve only read The Lightning Thief, but Weather Girl is on my TBR.
Great covers. I love Fannie Flagg’s books!
Ooh nice cover choices! These are great picks for the topic! It was definitely harder than I thought! All the books I could remember thinking it had lightning, didn’t have rain! Lol. So I had to adjust the the wordage there a bit! I think out of all my picks only one had actual rain! But oh well! Lol.
Thanks for visiting my TTT!
Ooh I have Code Name Helene on my TBR somewhere! I didn’t think of that one.
I struggled but you represented well! Have a great week!
I love the cover of The Weater Girl. Also, your image for the post is super cute.
I found the image on Canva and knew I had to use it because it’s just perfect for the theme.
I love your choices! You found some really cute covers ๐
