I was surprised by how things went for me in 2025. A few times, reading just wasn’t something I wanted to do. But it did help me get through a challenging place as well. That’s a great year in reading! I know what you mean, though, about it not always feeling like you’re reading much even when you are. For me, I plan to have a lot less structure in my 2026 reading, and instead focus more on reading what I feel like picking up at the time.
Book stats are so fun! I would be miserable without books lol.
