Happy Foodie Friday, y’all! This week, I wanted to share recipes to help celebrate a food holiday. What food holiday? Nation cheese lover’s day. What’s not to love about cheese? It’s perfection! Munster, cheddar, blue, mozzarella, yes please!
My family loves cheese. We joke that we are all mice because we love cheese so much. There’s something so comforting about it. It works for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and snack time.
Let’s look at some of my favorite recipes to celebrate Cheese Lover’s Day.
Breakfast
Cheesy Bacon & Spinach Quiche from Audra at The Kurtz Corner
This quiche comes together quickly and is so delicious. My pickiest eater has enjoyed this and eaten multiple slices at a time.
Apple Cheddar Muffins from Wanna Come With?
Apples and cheddar are a great match. Together, they are one of my favorite snacks. As a muffin, they are excellent for breakfast.
Lunch & Dinner
Creamy Air Fryer Mac and Cheese from Tanya at My Forking Life
This mac and cheese is perfect for a busy night because it comes together in under 30 minutes.
Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers from Liss at Grocery Budget 101
These stuffed peppers are so good! I have made them multiple times. They’re good when made on the stove and even better on a griddle. They are a dish I enjoy making and love eating.
Spaghizza from Brigette at Money Saving Mom
Spaghetti + Pizza= Spaghizza
This dish is affordable and filling. My daughter loves it so much that she’s asked for it for her birthday dinner a few times.
Dessert
Okay, I can’t find just one or two recipes that feature cheese for dessert. But the best dessert is cheesecake. I’m not sure I could pick just one to share. Can you forgive me?
Do you love cheese? How will you be celebrating Cheese Lover’s Day? What are some of your favorite cheesy recipes?

Cheesecake for me! 😋😋😋
YUM! I was already hungry before I stopped by to read this post and now I’m even more hungry and desperately craving one or two of these meals. That mac n cheese sounds awesome and easy to make. Maybe I’ll attempt it this weekend 😃
It’s so wonderful when you can find comfort foods that don’t take FOREVER to make. I hope you enjoy the mac and cheese when you get around to make it.
I do love a good cheesecake, but am trying to back off desserts. I’m going to make the apple cheddar muffins, but in a loaf pan as that is all I have at the resort I’m at. I’ll let you know if it turns out. I made macaroni and cheese today, so celebrated early I guess.
