Happy Tuesday y’all! How has your May been going? It appears that spring has sprung, and summer is right around the corner. The dandelions have suddenly appeared, and the temperatures have steadily been going up! Yay! This week for Top Ten Tuesday, Jana over at That Artsy Reader Girl wants to share some secrets. Okay, not really. This week’s topic is books we were excited to pick up but haven’t read yet. Imagine my surprise to realize that was only a couple of books. That would make for a very short list this week. Instead, I tweaked the topic a little. This week I am sharing 10 Books on My Physical TBR the Longest.
I know what you’re going to say, what’s the difference. Simply put, I don’t often buy new books, and when I do, I tend to read them shortly after buying them. These books are most likely ones I picked up second-hand because they sounded interesting. A few were new books, but they were purchased as part of a birthday shopping trip at a discount bookstore.

I haven’t read any of these books yet, but I hope you like them! Someone else picked a similar topic this week and they had books going back to something like 2007. So 2020 is really good. 🙂

I have several books that I bought and haven’t read, that are all at my parents house. But as it’s been over 14 years since I’ve moved, I can’t tell you what books those are.
I have Britt-Marie on my TBR as well though it hasn’t been on there for as long as some of my other books 😂 I hope you enjoy these whenever you get to them!
I’ve read Britt Marie and Wartime Sisters!
Wartime sisters was a dnf for me–sorry! Britt Marie and Looking for Me were both very good.
Very interesting list. I haven’t read any of these books. I hope you enjoy them when you get to them. 🙂
I go through seasons where I don’t buy books at all and other seasons where I travel and find good used bookstores, LOL. I rarely buy new and need to go back to not buying any until I have read what I have. I hope you enjoy these when you get time to read them.
My Very 90s Romance looks good–what a stunning cover! I hope you get to enjoying these soon 🙂

So many great books here! I like the sound of Britt-Marie Was Here.
I haven’t read any of these, although several of them look like books I would like, not that I need MORE books languishing on my TBR list…
Happy TTT!

Confessions of a Domestic Failure- love that title! 🙂
I can warmly recommend Britt-Marie (but I’m dropping the King of Sweden book from my physical TBR list).
Confessions of a Domestic Failure is such a fun title
Neat list! I haven’t read any of these, but I know what you mean about picking up books because they look interesting as opposed to books that you’re actually excited about. (Sadly, I had plenty of both to include on my list this week.)
Happy TTT on a Wednesday! (my post)
I’ve not read any of these books, but I hope you enjoy them whenever you do read them.

I just read Britt Marie a month or so ago and really enjoyed it. She’s quite a unique character. 🙂
I am far too scared to look and see which books have been on my shelf the longest. You are very brave to make such a list. I hope you enjoy these when you get a chance to read them.
