Happy Tuesday y’all! Can you believe January is almost over already? Where has the time gone? I mean, wasn’t it just Christmas? Anyway, on to this week’s TTT post! This week Jana over at That Artsy Reader Girl wants us to list some New-to-Us Authors. I went back and forth over this topic. Should I list authors I knew about but hadn’t read yet? Or authors whose first book I just read in 2021, though it was released in previous years? Or should I focus on authors who made their debut in 2021? In the end, I think I did a mixture of authors, but they are all ones that I enjoyed reading, and I look forward to reading more of their work. Now on to 10 authors I discovered in 2021.

  1. Great list! I’ve read O’Leary and Jaigirdar and love both authors so much. ๐Ÿ˜ Their books never fail to make me smile and feel all warm and fuzzy by the end!

  2. I love Flower’s Amish Candy Shop series. I haven’t tried any of her other books, but they’re definitely on my TBR list. Bradley is another author I’ve been meaning to try. His books sound super fun. Glad you made all these fun author discoveries in 2021!

    Happy TTT!

  3. I loved The Bookish Life of Nina Hill! I haven’t yet read anything else by Abbi Waxman, but she’s definitely one I hope to read more by. I have been wanting to read something by Beth O’Leary for some time now. I will have to check out some of these other authors too. Thank you for sharing!

  4. I read The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie and loved it. However, now that I think about it I only read one or two more of his books. Maybe I need to read some more of his books. Good list!

  5. Beth O’Leary made my list as well, except I read The Flatshare which ended up being my favorite read from last year. ๐Ÿ™‚ I’ll have to check out the other authors on your list as I’ve never heard of any of them.

  6. I feel like I’ve seen Waxman and Nina Hill around quite a bit, looks neat.

    Farm To Trouble looks fun!

  7. I enjoy Alan Bradley’s Flavia de Luce mysteries. I caught up on the series last year so now I have to wait for the next release. I’m a slow series reader so that doesn’t happen to me often.

  8. The Flavia de Luce series has been on my TBR for way too long! Can’t believe I still haven’t read any of them. I’ve only read one Beth O’Leary, but it was a great read and I will definitely read some more.

    Thanks for visiting us earlier.

  9. Beth O’Leary made my list as well. I have only read The Flatshare though, but I’d like to read more of her stuff.

  10. About half the authors are known to me (rather, their books are on my TBR so still new in that sense).. the rest are new discoveries here at your blog..
