Happy Tuesday y’all! This week Jana over at That Artsy Reader Girl is asking us to share our favorite awe moments. Interestingly, there aren’t any moments that I can think of. So instead, I decided to share my birthday book haul. I spoiled myself more than I realized, as I had a couple of shopping trips to my favorite bookstore. One of those trips was online, but it’s still a shopping trip. I have a pretty massive birthday book haul.

Massive Birthday Book Haul-October 2022

My birthday was exactly a month ago today. For my birthday, I decided to buy myself some books online. And then, I found out a book I wanted to read was on sale at the local bookstore, so I had to buy that. To wrap up the month, I made a trip on my own to my favorite bookstore and treated myself to a few more books. I bought three nonfiction books, 12 fiction books, a pair of notebooks, and a baseball cap.

The titles will take you to Goodreads, and the images will take you to Amazon.

So let’s check out my massive birthday book haul!

The Cozy Cookbook by Julie Hyzy | First Art Kit by Boo Paterson | Red Zone by Laurent Duvernay-Tardiff

A Holly Jolly Diwali by Sonya Lalli | A Christmas in the Alps by Melody Carlson | Christmas on Reindeer Road by Debbie Mason

Christmas at the Island Hotel by Jenny Colgan | Christmas by the Book by Anne Marie Ryan | Marley: A Novel by Jon Clinch

Young Adult

The Geography of Lost Things by Jessica Brody | Eliza and Her Monsters by Francesca Zappia

Second House from the Corner by Sadeqa Johnson

Misc.

Fight Evil, Read Books baseball cap | David Hicks Red Writer’s Notebook Set

And that is my massive birthday book haul! While I haven’t read any of the books yet, I have worn the hat a few times. I love it! For those who are paying attention, I hauled a book this time that I hauled over the summer. The dangers of not keeping wishlists up to date! Any idea what book I should start with?
