Fun Foodie Holidays in October 2022

Happy Foodie Friday, y’all! This week I decided to share a list of Fun Foodie Holidays in October 2022. I know October isn’t here yet, but it soon will be. How else will we celebrate these holidays if we don’t know about them beforehand? And don’t we need time to prepare?

I’ve always been intrigued by the concept of National months and days. Who creates these holidays? Why do they make them? And most of all, how do they celebrate these days? I will try to compile posts for the month to celebrate a few of these holidays. That way you can celebrate as well.

National Food Days in October 2022

Every day in October has a holiday. Some sound like fun (October 9th is World Beer and Pizza Day). Ironically, International No Alcohol Day, October 2nd, is quickly followed up by Vodka Day (October 4th), Orange Wine Day (October 6th), and the aforementioned Beer and Pizza Day. International Days are in italics, and there are a few in October 2022.
